Due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, Oral speakers of the 10th International Conference on Humanities, Psychology and Social Sciences announced their decision to be shifted to Virtual presentation mode. Therefore, the HPSCONF Organizing Committee decided to hold the conference entirely Online.
