Dr Ruby Toh is Principal Researcher and Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Adult Learning, an autonomous institute of the Singapore University of Social Sciences. She leads research studies in the area of career and employment. Her current research interests are in adult learning, employability, employment facilitation, labor mobility, workplace mistreatment, and well-being. She has a Ph.D. in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
